Our story
Every batch starts the same way: brown sugar and cinnamon rubbed by hand into fresh-rolled dough, on a home kitchen counter in Maastricht. No factory, no preservatives, no shortcuts. Just one baker, rolling and cutting each tray to order.

Pay online with iDEAL, or settle up on the day. Both get you a confirmation email.
Pick it up in Maastricht, or we'll bring it to you, free within about 30 minutes of the city.
