The menu

Baked to order in Maastricht. Collect, or we deliver free within about 30 minutes of the city. Please order at least 2 days ahead.

The ones that started it all. Hand-rolled, baked soft, finished with cream cheese icing while still warm. Order a batch of 2, 4 or 6.

A classic loaf, properly ripe bananas, brown butter, baked until the top cracks. Walnuts if you want them, just say the word in your order notes.

Dark chocolate sponge under a thick chocolate frosting, piled with fresh raspberries and blackberries. We don't just do buns.

Layers of lemon sponge under lemon buttercream, finished with toasted almond flakes and fresh lemon.

Baked berry cheesecake on a dark biscuit base, glazed and crowned with fresh berries. Order a day ahead; it needs a full night to set.
